During the Spring 2026 session, we are offering the following fitness classes:
Weight Management Applying "The Whole 30 Program": 6 weeks
Improve your sugar levels, and joint pain, lower your cholesterol and blood pressure while you lose weight, and learn what food groups may be causing you these unwanted health conditions. Get your diabetes and blood pressure under control without counting calories or measuring food by applying "the Whole 30" plan.
